Built in 1924, this historic building located in downtown Morton, Washington, was home to Rivers Coffeehouse & Bistro from 2003-2024 on the street level. The upper level has six apartments, two of which have been fully renovated and are generating considerable income as short term rentals. Each level is 3750 sq. ft., plus there is a full basement below ground level.
